Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following booking guidelines. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system. Availability is limited, and we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time. Deposit A €20 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your final service price. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment • Missed appointments (no-show) ➡️ will result in the deposit being non-refundable and the session being considered as used (for memberships). Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. In some cases, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Membership Bookings For membership clients: • Each appointment counts as one session • Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used visit • All sessions must be used within the membership validity period Service Adjustments Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, and complexity of the selected style.
